"Bathroom shower did not drain."

"The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful with questions about things in the hotel. I asked where the ice machine was for rooms on 1st floor?I was told I must take elevator and go to 2nd floor area where drink and snack machines r located, it's located beside them. It worked out 1st day. On day 2 one of the 2 elevators to go to floors 2, 3, and 4 was out of service. A bit inconvenient to get ice. but things break down, Ok. "The Hotel was clean on the inside considering on how it look from the outside i wasn't so sure .Outside didn't look to appealing compared to how it looked online. Rooms were well kept though. "I would never stay at this Sleep Inn again. We booked a jacuzzi room expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned into a complete disappointment. When we got to the room, the bed wasn’t even made properly. The biggest issue was the jacuzzi tub—it was broken and flooded our room. There was so much water that I’m sure it likely leaked into the room below us. We immediately notified the staff, but they made no effort to help clean up the situation or move us to another room. "The room smelled like a dog and the floor’s were filthy, it was water leaking from the ceiling. The lady at the front desk was nice when we got there on Thursday, but the other two from Friday through Sunday wasn’t very pleasant. They really need to upgrade the stay wasn’t good at all."
