"Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. "Excellent accommodation well equipped with all modern equipment really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Newquay either but plenty to do here with bars and restaurants a plenty. Would certainly recommend it to anyone."

"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing place to stay super chilled and calming environment, camp was super quite from 10.30 every night everyone was so respectful to other campers, small issue in the toilet fixed straight away by very happy handy man who was also the man who showed us around our teepee which was super cozy and perfect size for a family of 5 children loved the field space for fun activities overall such a lovely place to stay would definitely go back in the future! "Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. "I Had a Very Nice Week At This holiday home at the parkdean joliday park Newquay I jave been to Newquay many years previous so it was nice to revisit place I Had Previously Visited The holiday home was very nice it Ended up Very Expensive As It Was Only Me On Holiday And This Kind Of Holiday Would Have Been alot cheaper if the cost was shared with around six people staying in the holiday home but that eas my chosen Holiday But I Enjoyed My Time There "
