"We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time."

"Not worth saving a few bucks. The hotel room was poorly maintained with holes in the walls and door that were variously poorly patched or not at all. Worst of all the bed had three giant visible uncomfortable sags where people had slept and at the end where the mattress had been turned 90 degrees. The bed sunk low and squeaked when sitting on the edge. Despite it being a non-smoking room there were cigarette burns in the bed linens and desk. The plastic cups were sealed in plastic bags but...

"Everything was very nice. Very comfortable, very clean room! Kudos to the cleaning staff! Staff was very friendly! I only wish the pool was open a little later to enjoy after getting back from an evening event. Other than that no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door."

The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked...

"The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously...
