We loved it we hated the whole Universal theme park scene but just hung out in the Barracks most days and relaxed food in and close to the hotel is great and service is fantastic you can go to Vivo city food court for a huge choice of local cuisines or just relax at the hotel Ray "

"This hotel was lovely. We arrived at 9am so we opted to pay for an upgrade, I think it worked out around SGD175 which was definitely worth it after a long flight. "Had a great experience from start to finish. I emailed ahead to ask if there was somewhere to put my bags on the last day after check out and until my flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Not only did they look after my stuff until my flight they gave me access to a shower to freshen up too.
