"Friendly Service with quality a good atitude. Needs improvement in room service protocols like sending a tea in a paper cup with tea bag inside ( as if room service should be like take away to go out) or forgetting to send salt and pepper in tray when you order scrambled eggs. They don’t have the individual portion. Air purifier in room is too noisy. So is the little fridge. Location and building are beautiful. "

"The hospitality at the W in Sentosa is unmatched! The breakfast was absolutely incredible and our experience couldn’t have been any better. The shuttle around Sentosa island was an added bonus and we even used the bus to VivoCity. Nana was one of the highlights of our stay, my kids looked forward to seeing her every morning. "Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "

"The room & bathroom in particular were not properly cleaned. We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

"I had stayed here a month previously and been really impressed. However, things were not up to scratch this trip - the "24 hour" room service failed to pick up the phone for 15 minutes so exhausted, hungry and jet lagged I went down to the front desk to place an order who took me into Element Restaurant for them to take my order. "room was run down evwn though good gesture by the hotel manager,basin was dirty,dead lizard in living room,malay female staff wearing specs at counter no smile and seems hostile,breakfast was so so,called room dining,transferred us but no answer,not once but twice and left us hanging there! asked for extra blanket,took an bour plus and need to call and remind...really cant compare with rws hotel such as equarius and ora or capella,quite a dissapointment in the room cleaniness and service staff"
