"Staff were super polite and helpful. The room was decent, they cleaned my room daily with fresh towels and bedsheets however they should clean the floor too. The food wasn’t the best but ok. Bus stop right outside which takes you to the main areas. The hotel is positioned in a good area, very close to Sentosa Island. Overall I’d give 4.5* -I’d stay again. "

"Upscale hotel situated in Downtown Singapore. Room was super clean & spacious. Also, located nearby Tanjong Pagar MRT which enables easy & seamless commute anywhere. Staff also very helpful. Will definitely consider to stay again on my next visit. Highly recommended."

"We loved our stay here. The city was hectic due to the Grand Prix and this accommodation provided a lovely respite. It was peaceful, beautiful and easy to get to. The staff were fabulous and the meals that we had at Latitude were lovely. "

We asked the staff for a pair of chopsticks but they said they don’t have them (surprisingly for a 4-star hotel) The only plus point of this hotel was the Bellman ,who was so helpful in handling our luggages ! Anyway,we will never book this hotel again the next time we go to Singapore !!!"

"We really impreased with our stay here, enjoyed the breakfast the service and MJ friendly welcome was a lovely touch, variety and quality was excellent. The room was clean and tidy and the completmentary cold drinks and snacks in our room was appreciated. We made use of the free shuttle service from the hotel to vivo and Harbourtown drop off and pickup was great. Also special shout out to the lovely Brinley/Brittney (not sure exact name) who was helpful and friendly. Thank you team. "
