Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Less than ideal.

Decent good location. My experience was the building is going a through top to bottom renovation so shouting workers, power tools and hammering starts at 7:30 going all day. I also had a problem with a malfunctioning lock keeping me out of the apartment for a couple of hours, owner didn't pick up the phone which I had to borrow. He kept insisting that I call him when I explained multiple times as a tourist I couldn't make calls, only email or messaging. The thing is when returning to Trieste, I stayed in generally the same neighborhood for about the same amount of money in a real hotel with a larger space and front desk. Much preferable.
