"It was not clear that reservations to use the shuttle were strongly recommended. Because of this we had to get in a really early shuttle. This left no time for breakfast other than a fast coffee. And the breakfast room was not ready at 6:30 am as it was supposed to be. Also, the AC did not cool the room at all. We were hot. Otherwise, the property seemed nice and the room size was good a no a good bed."

"Hotel condition was excellent as well as room, however we travelled at the end of April and the AC of the whole hotel was blocked because it was not summer season, that was frustrating because it was hot. They offered us to open the window (which they had to do by the way because guests are not allowed to open the windows). On the other hand the restaurant dinner and breakfast were very poor tasting, after trying the excellent french cuisine the hotel restaurant was disappointing."

"This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s conveniently located in the airport, which is why we chose it. However, the carpets in the room are stained. The restaurant had decent food but the floor was covered in food from the day. Upon check in, we were told the King room we had reserved was not available. We booked over a month ago. We were given a smaller room with no adjustment in price. For the convenience of an over night stay for a next day flight, this hotel is fine. Otherwise I would not...
