"An absolutely great hotel - plenty of history and superb staff. The latter were incredible - all polite, confident and efficient. I needed to stow an electric bike - and the young lady at the front desk personally took me around to where I could leave it securely (she'd only been at the hotel for a short while, but you wouldn't have guessed it). Even the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Of course it goes without saying the room was of the highest quality, the lounge...

"My girlfriend thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. She is not a breakfast person, but enjoyed it at Falkensteiner. The immediate area around the Hotel is full of shopping and dining options. It’s basically at the center of the town. Excellent value!"

Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"I am very much torn here because I want La Briosa and Bolzano to remain a secret because it is such a special hotel in a magical place. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon after excellent stops in Rome, Florence, and Venice. La Briosa in Bolzano has been hands down the highlight of our trip by far. 5 stars are not nearly enough to rate La Briosa. "The hotel is about 20 - 25 minutes from Bolzano center, its in Collepietra, Trentino-Alto Adige. The room we had was spacious, as well as the bathroom, (we love the heated floor in the bathroom), comfortable bed and good wifi reception. The hotel has restaurant and own parking. The staff were all helpful and kind. "
