"The guys at the front desk were very helpful and personable. Lobby is small but very pretty and the breakfast area was clean with a good selection of food items. The downside is that the room was chilly so I turned up the thermostat and went to dinner and when we came back it hadn't warmed up at all. Front desk said that the thermostats don't work and that every room is either on heat or air and it was already on air conditioning the first weekend in May!

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing overall due to the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
When we arrived, the bedding appeared unclean and had visible makeup stains on the sheets and covers. The hallways and hotel floors were also very dirty — we even found ketchup left on the floor near the water fountain, which stayed there long enough for us to notice and take photos.
The bathroom itself seemed okay, but the general condition of the hotel did not feel properly maintained....

"I had booked to stay here however once I got to the hotel it was not what I expected so I got my money back and went somewhere else. (The staff was very nice to deal with, not her fault.) It smelt like smoke, the chair in the room was stained and disgusting, the bathroom has a cigarette burn in the shower and mold. Unacceptable. "

"I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice."
