"No parking or bag/guest drop off spot, room overly warm with only able to slightly open the window on 5th floor. Self-checkin was quick and directions to make your key card self-explanatory, food/drink counter has service person that was helpful. Parking is very expensive in public underground garage near the hotel up to 450NOK/day or 40NOK/hr."
"We checked in to our room. Thought it was a shame it looked over the back ( not facing the harbour) but when I spoke to reception they moved us. A great room with all facilities and clean. Views over the harbour were brilliant and general location was 10/10"
"This is a budget hotel. If you want a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, then it’s for you. If you want space and luxury, then it’s not. We’re the kind of travellers who just need a bed , a bathroom and a good breakfast (if possible), so the Smarthotel suited us very well. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of choice and was good value and the property was centrally located, and convenient for many of the sites, bars, restaurants and also buses.
