"WiFi only worked half the time. No shampoo. Induction stove top would beep and turn off for no reason. Entry to complex is not clear as there are two digital entry boxes, not one. One does not work for entry. I saw many guests trying for a half hour to enter."

Tuttavia per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un Lodge più curato (da sistemare mobili, troppo vecchi e rovinati). Inaccettabile la proposta di lasciare i letti con le lenzuola da fare (non sono ad un camping). Anche se datato, il riscaldamento ha funzionato e siamo stati sempre al caldo. "Absolutely amazing property. Super spacious and clean. The views from the balcony were beautiful and the location was super convenient for access to the centre of Tromso for shopping and tours but also an easy walk across the bridge to the arctic cathedral. The staff were amazing and we're always so quick to respond to messages or calls about any questions we had. I would 100% stay here again if we visit Tromsø in the future and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting."

"Lovely apartment, at a good price. Really good value for money compared to the rest of accommodations in the country. The breakfast was good, the apartment clean and spacious, and located in the city centre. The sound insulation of the apartment could be improved, but the town is quite so after 10-11 pm it was ok. "Accommodations excellent, 2 comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, living dining area with a kitchenette: fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, no microwave. We had a washing machine too. We were a family of 9 and had 3 rooms (better called apartments) and they were very comfortable indeed. Staff went out of their way to help us when ordering food upon our arrival. Breakfast was included at the hotel and it was amazing. We all loved our stay. Highly recommend it. "
