"The property is very nice with the kind and well mannered staff. It is close to almost everything. The staff make sure that you got everything you need and been very helpful.they even make sure you don’t get hungry if you have to leave early"

"The hotel is very nicely positioned on the edge of the town, maybe five minutes walk from the main street and tourist attractions. Although we didn't book excursions through the hotel, there was plenty of information around the hotel if we had wanted to. The staff were always very pleasant and helpful, especially in the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast is very varied in the restaurant, with a little bit of everything available ranging from local cuisine to American pancakes and English breakfast. The bed in the room was very comfortable, and provided several nights of good sleep. The only thing I can mark the hotel down on is the cleanliness of the windows on the higher floors, as this spoils the excellent views somewhat. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the superb restaurant on the 10th floor, The Upper Dock. Our waiter Nathaniel was an absolute delight, very informative with his information on the food, and made some great recommendations. If you dine here and it is still on the menu, you will not be disappointed by the reindeer. I would very much recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tromso."

"The apartment was fantastic: clean, quiet, modern and well appointed. We loved the location on the north side of Tromsø city center within easy walking distance to everything in the area. It was a bit difficult to locate initially for self check-in (there are lot of apartment buildings in the area) but once we found it we were extremely pleased with the accommodations."
