"The place is amazing. The staff was incredible. The AC was not cool enough for us but we managed. I would just like for people who bring their dogs to learn to be courteous and clean up after them. It was the other guest with dogs that were the problem not the place. We had two dogs with us. "

The location is off the main road, quiet and laid back. It has a wonderful view of the bay, a lovely pool area, and a quick drive to the restaurants and shops of Matlacha. "I will come back. However, I didn't like the rooftop. The bar area especially needs to have an open and larger windows. We were here for the 4th of July and the bar area section had the smallest Windows. It was ridiculous. They really need to make it a larger window or open it up.. other than that we were satisfied with the ground level and happy with ichiban restaurant ‼️ "

"The AC in our room was broken. Had to come two times to fix it went to bed got woken up at 3 AM when carbon monoxide detector was ringing call front desk was told there was no maintenance to unplug it, we said is there a week because it was bringing they moved us to a small room at 3:30 AM. The next day the Manager Kim called us back and was talking over us trying to tell us we had to stay in that small room, even though I paid for a bigger room finally after arguing got put back in that room so...

"First visit here. First time I’ve ever chosen to spend a 2nd night. Immediately. This place is amazing and a great value. Property was maintained in a very high state. Amenities are top notch. Location is paradise! Staff was courteous and helpful. Thanks!"

Housekeeping first morning just opened door no knock just said sorry and close door didn't ask if I needed anything. Stanes on towel and bed spread. Worst place I have ever stayed... Never again."
