"We had an amazing stay at the Miramar by Windsor Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro, and a lot of what made our trip so enjoyable was this hotel and its incredible staff.

Okey bis schlecht war jedoch leider der Rest. Die Zimmer waren so semi sauber. Wir hatten einmal eine dreckige Decke, der Abfluss im Bad war nicht sauber und unsere Toilette nicht mehr fest verankert (Raum 1150). Der Pool hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich und das Personal scheint dort etwas überfordert zu sein....
