"10/10 I can’t fault this hotel. Absolutely stunning decor. A wow as soon as you walk in. Polite and helpful staff. our room was ready as soon as we arrived at 12pm so we didn’t have to wait. The room was in fantastic condition with very comfortable beds and stunning decor. The shower was amazing. Dressing gowns and slippers in the rooms. Rooms come with spa access and the spa was beautiful and so well kept. Long pool which was warm, with 8 loungers, a big sauna, a steam room, and treatment rooms. The gym was well equipped for cardio and weights. Filtered water (still and sparkling) was available all over the hotel. Excellent location close to the river and close to most tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and the metro stop is just around the corner. Make sure you visit the rooftop bar! Especially at sunset. If you’re thinking of booking this hotel then don’t hesitate. I would have paid much more money for a hotel like this. The only thing I’d change is I wish the spa was open a little later - it closes at 9pm which is decent, but some evenings it would’ve been nice to relax a bit later and they make you leave at 8:45pm. "This hotel was the best hotel I've ever been to. Clean and tidy. Staff were the nicest people I've ever met. You can tell they genuinely cared about the guests and it wasn't just customer service they had to do. Greeted by the people at reception and the cleaners everyday. Loved the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby. Honestly, 5 stars. If I ever go back to Budapest. I'm coming back here. "

"Hotel ideally situated for castle & Fishermans Bastion. Fantastic views across to Parliament Building & our room castle view also had great views. Room could of done with a little tlc but couldnt fault hotel otherwise. Join the Radison rewards on arrival for 10% off food & drink in the bar."

"A beautiful hotel, not far from New York cafe. I had booked us an executive room so we had access to the spa and the executive lounge. We also received a very nice upgrade upon check-in to a a two room suite. The spa is delightful and the executive lounge could not have been better. Mike the concierge at the executive lounge made us extremely welcome and his service was exemplary. We had cocktails and even a light dinner one evening in the lounge. The breakfast buffet was extensive, good quality and included a freshly prepared omelette station. There was a small selection of gluten free bread and crackers. The hotel is on a fairly busy street with a little street noise on Saturday night. Overall highly recommended!"
