"got double charged, once for my initial reservation on expedia and then at 4am by the hotel for another room charge. I communicated that to the front desk and they let me know that it is due to using a third party website and its an error that happened when completing billing on their end. This is not the first time it has happened to me and happens at different hotels so I am starting to think it is due to Expedia."

where I had back surgery.Very helpful staff having wheelchair ready, extra pillows. Staff even offered microwave and fridge to room which I did not need. Enjoyed the pasta at restaurant and
