"Coffee maker didn’t work. TV remote control didn’t work. Staff has been notified but no replacement. Abbony said she would notify higher staff member. That was respond. She was giving gift bag with water to the customer she thought they deserved. She would spend time with some customer, when the other waited in line to ask simple question, more than 40 min. She wasn’t enough educated about amenities in Savana to help us to visit places. Bottles with lotion and conditioner in bathroom were stiff, couldn’t squeeze out. Otherwise the rest of our stay was good. "

"The light and clock kept turning on and off like the cord or something loose the beds weren’t that comfortable and the valet service wasn’t great for being 53 dollars a day. On a brighter note the location and the housekeeping staff were great. Probably won’t stay again because the amount you pay isn’t worth it,"

"This hotel was absolutely perfect. We loved the location, and the staff were amazing—especially Brigitte, the concierge, and Alec. Brigitte was wonderful at arranging private tour guides and securing dinner reservations. The hotel is ideally located right across from the park and within easy walking distance of the riverfront. The restaurant on the property, Saint Bibiana, was one of the best we experienced in Savannah, and our waiter, Trystan, was fantastic. The pool was a wonderful bonus, and the spa was amazing as well. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Savannah. "

" Cleanliness was fair, room only cleaned every other day, and the breakfast was way over priced and poor quality. Road noise in our room was awful and it was somewhat small for a King room. Gym was inadequate and small. Location was good but getting to our car for trips was a cluster. Not sure I would come back. "
