"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently nice and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and our room was comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, a very positive experience."

"This is a perfect property for a couples get away or a family with children over the age of 16. Unfortunately I’m neither. We did a late check in and had a hard time finding parking in front of the hotel. Our room was very very small and the bed was too firm. Unfortunately the sound down the hall and the neighboring rooms was too loud. I left the property feeling very tired and sore. We are thankful for the help unloading our luggage and for the cleanliness of the room. Hopefully at a later time...

They did have a help wanted sign on the front sign, so I'm guessing they were short on help. We just went and got some supplies and cleaned it up. The tv barely worked as well, just kept going on and off. Reception problem I'm sure. Fortunately we had lots of plans for outings so we we mostly just there to sleep. But if I had any advice...

"Hosts were outstanding on check in. I arrived later in evening around 7:30 pm and they were friendly and receptive and recommended dining options. Even walked me down to the cabin to show the way in the dark. Room was immaculate and beautifully done and very comfortable. Would stay here anytime when within the area. Good location and convenient to attractions, dining, and all basic staples."

"The place was not clean. Spiders in the room. Grout in the shower was gross. The toilet water was yellow. Did not feel safe. Had to put table up against door for safety. The front desk gentleman could not get the key to the door to work. He had to get DW40 to finally get key to work. We were worried about not being able to work getting in and out of door.This whole experience was terrible! Should have asked for money back and gone somewhere else. We were just so over it and exhausted."
