"Booked this room for our niece and her partner and they loved everything about the room and their view from the top floor! Staff was extremely helpful and kind and made it easy for me to reserve & pay for them for the holidays!! Started snowing on 24th Dec and made for a beautiful Holiday together! Great location...could not be happier. Thank you!!"

"Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!"

"Pet friendly a huge plus. Room was very comfortable, large with large barhroom. Real glass glasses and coffee cups. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice lobby, nice seating with wine in the evening. Friendly, helpful staff. We're looking forward to returning!"
