"We have stayed at this hotel for years. They have let it degrade to the point where we will never stay there again. There was a water leak in the bathroom, there was no hot water in the sink. The toilet shifted every time you sat on it. the carpet made our feet black. The staff was very unfriendly and almost non existent. We are so disappointed as we love Tahoe City and this hotel used to be a great place. We will never be back and would not encourage anyone to stay here."

"Well getting there the receptionist was really helpful, she assig me a room and the room was dirty, and she was able to switch to a nice clean room. Honesty the rooms were not the best but were ok. I was traveling with my parents, I will regret taking the to the place but well was too late, seems like they are working on renovating the rooms but not with quality, If, you have some gadgets, make sure you take an extension cord because it was only one outlet in the room and one in the bathroom,...
