"The hotel bar was great. Good vibes and a pretty atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The only caviat was the darkening curtains did not close all the way so we were blinded by the sun as soon as it rose. I was planning on sleeping in on my Mother’s Day away and that unfortunately didn’t happen so that was disappointing. "

"Clean, very nice amenities, but our room facing the front and near the highway was fairly noisy from traffic. Also, parked on street across from park was a bit nerve testing after hearing a drugged out girl yelling near our building late at night."

"-free street parking conveniently located in front of the property -self serve/unstaffed continental breakfast consisted of yogurt, hard boiled egg, bread like toast, english muffin and bagels - room was not clean. there was a bloodstain on the duvet cover. there was many pieces of hair throughout the bathroom."

"Not really a hotel. The front desk closes at 4 pm. We are told this in a tiny little addendum at the bottom of the Expedia reservation, there is -no- indicator on the booking page when booking. They take your money and then you don’t have a room, and they say no refunds. How is this not a scam?"

"The hotel has over 25 floors with 32 rooms average per floor. The hotel had 1/2 of its elevators working with a packed hotel full of volleyball players and prom events. The wait for an elevator was very long and each elevator was full making it impossible to come and go from your room with ease. I inquired about servicing the elevators and I was met with resistance. In addition, the hotel nickel and dimes you for everything, including WIFI. While the location is ideal and the hotel is actually...

"This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy and smelled terrible. The walls were covered in dirt, shoeprints, handprints footprints and what looked like bodily fluids. The beds were dirty with a bunch of hair and crumbs on them. The refrigerator smelled like someone stored stool samples in it. The furniture all appeared to have “happy” stains all over them. It was so disgusting, I didn’t even stay through the night I decided I would rather drive back home then...

"The story with this property is : location location location. On one side is old Sacramento think tourism for railroad fans and on the other side David j Stern Arena. Basketball fans, shopping and dining. All right there. The hotel itself is upgrading as I type this report. My room 224 had a new comfy king size bed and remodeled. Keep that in mind ( hotel is in renovation mode) The pool and hot tub in excellent condition"
