"This is a nice hotel, bit it has some shortcomings. Desk is tiny and folds down from wall. When it folds down, bed is there. No place for a chair. No iron. Steamer only with no instructions on how to fill with water. I never figured it out. Had tiny ironing board for steaming hidden on top of cabinets. I had no idea it was there until a traveling companion told me. I never figured put how to turn on the bathroom lamps. Never found a switch or nob. The shower opens into the bedroom...

"My wife and I stayed Sept 24th - Sept 29th and loved it. The pool area was incredible. Continental breakfast every morning and cheese and wine every night. The staff was exceptional and the location was perfect. 200 ft to Duval St, but away enough that you didn't hear the noise. The only issue was the shower water pressure, but that is a Key West thing, not a hotel issue. I can't wait to go back."

"We are very thankful to The Reach Hotel for allowing us to check in early on the day of our arrival. We arrived during a heavy rainstorm, at least two hours before the regular check-in time. Despite arriving early, we were graciously given a room and were able to access the restaurants on the property while we settled in.The staff were extremely attentive and provided exceptional customer service, hospitality, and delicious food throughout our stay. The following day, the weather cleared, and we...

"The resort itself was nice and most of the staff was super nice! But we paid way too much money for us not to be aware that the big pool was closed for the week and on top of it they ran a power washer for 3 days which sounded like it was inside of or room! It ran from 9-5 only turning off for about a hour for the rain! We couldn’t enjoy our balcony or even just relax in the room! We would have understood if they had to use it for a couple hours cuz they was just doing their job but not for 3...

"This stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. We felt so comfortable at The Artist House and genuinely felt more like house guests than customers.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the free happy hour with snacks and beverages was the cherry on top. They also provided complimentary snacks and water throughout our entire stay, which was such a nice touch.
We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Key...

"I like this property. it was clean, comfortable and the pool was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is the check in was very odd as the lobby closed at 6pm and no one answered the phone # posted on the door. We started to panic after about 10 to 15 minutes standing at the door waiting and not knowing if we were going to have a hotel. Luckly right about the time I started to reach out to Expedia to complain my phone rang and it was the hotel lady who then came and got us checked...
