"We had a one night stay we had early flight next morning.The hotel and our room was immaculate and extremely clean and relaxing. All staff were very professional,helpful and polite. We had a fabulous Latte made by David.First class coffee,which is hard to find someone who knows how to make proper coffees.David was extremely friendly and polite.A credit to the hotel. We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Kutaisi.We will definitely return."

"Everything was clean the restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and it was very close to the center the only issue was that sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell. The receptionists were so helpful even beyond we were experiencing a problem and it was 2 in the moring and we didnt kmow what to do but the guy in the reception was great"
