"We were really disappointed with our experience here despite the beautiful surroundings. The hotel has basically fallen into disrepair, with the common spaces and areas being dirty and unkempt. There were cobwebs everywhere, the fish tanks were disgusting and the lobby bathrooms were dirty. "I was very impressed with this B&B, which is run by a friendly family business. The B&B is pretty clean and new. Karsing is the manager and he’s very supportive and helpful. He can give you a ride to the nearest town for shopping or food. You can enjoy his teashow and listen to his story about tea production. He also has a lot good recommendations while you stay at his place. I will definitely come back to this B&B once plan going to Alishan. Thank you!"
"The staffs are super friendly and really warm. She gave us all the required info to see the sun rise which is just 2 min walk. You can also see the tea garden there. The property is decorated with beautiful plants and lights. It is truely magical like I were in the fairy tale. The room is clean. Many parkings there. We were even able to see the flyer flies at the backyard. It was really 👍👍👍👍. Breakfast was great. It was a very good value for the price we paid. I would stay longer...
