"The horel was modern, clean and well maintained. I loved the attention to detail such as the greeting by name on the tv when i entered my room. I also liked the amenities such as the shower wand in the bathroom. The room was inpeccable, beautifuly decorated and very comfortable. I would say that the staff members were very efficient and friendly. A 10 out of 10 rating for sure!"

"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. "This was a good stay for the night for my daughter’s softball game. The room was not as clean as we would like to see, and the road noise got loud at times. But overall it was a decent stay, and we would stay here again. "

"First room the AC was not working, they gave us another room, the TV remote was busted, and the bathroom door had 2 big gashes and the lock did not work. Additionally, no one cleant the room for the 4 days we were there. When I asked the Front desk, they said they clean rooms every three days. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Lobby and stairs were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor."
