Thank you for sharing Thomas - sorry that I missed your arrival also. As one human wearing all hats here, sometimes supply or trash runs are a must. Tubac does have some wonderful events that are a true change from the traditional quiet, Luminaria might be something you'd like. Thank you Liliana, and your disappointment understood as we would've loved for you to have enjoyed morning coffee from the large assortment of coffees and teas provided in room. We truly wish you would have felt comfortable to call or text us at the number provided in both the welcome letter and again in the welcome guide in your room so that we could have instantly repaired this for you. We always have at least one new spare in our supply for moments just like this as one never knows when a machine will decide to retire without notice. We absolutely hope the remainder of your visit to Tubac was filled with great treasures found and memories made. Our sincerest apologies, the coffee maker was replaced in a flash as soon as we were alert to it not working. We always wish for the opportunity to correct any needs guests have during their visit.
