Upon our arrival for check-in at 3 PM, we were informed that our room was not yet ready. The staff explained that they had experienced over 90 check-outs that day and that the cleaning team was working diligently to prepare the rooms. We requested to leave our luggage in the room, and they kindly accommodated our request. However, by 4 PM, our room was still not available.
We returned to the hotel around 7:30 PM, at which point our room was finally ready. Unfortunately, upon inspection, we found the room to be unsatisfactory. The following morning, after taking a shower, I wiped the floor with a towel and was alarmed to see it become black with grime. I was concerned about being charged for the towel due to its condition. Additionally, the room had a strong mildew odor, which further detracted from our experience.
Given our exhaustion from traveling, we considered leaving the hotel but ultimately decided to stay. Lastly, all the staff were rude and unkind, we felt unsafe. Oh, breakest was toast bread and coffee when i asked if that was all, the bell lady rudely smiled in a sarcastic way.
