"We made a reservation for this property based on the 9.4 rating and being completely unfamiliar with the area trusted what we saw online. "From check-in to check out, staff was wonderful. Check-in person was friendly, explained the motel amenities, and got us out quickly.

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
