The mattresses were too well used and had a plastic covering so we were all sweating against the mattress even though the aircon was as cold as you wanted."

"It may have just been a coincidence, but the sink in the room didn't use water. The bathroom used water. And the door was loose so it was difficult to lock it. but, of course I could lock it.
But more than that, their customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms were excellent.
