"Although the rooms were clean and what looked to be new beds (bunk) they were NOT assembled 100% as the squeak the top bunks only, when you tossed and turned. When we told the staff they came to look and told me thats how they are an that there is nothing wrong with them and she laughed in our face, as she walked out the door. I have bunk beds and they do not squeak when you toss and turn. What was most upsetting is the staff member laughing as if I had no idea what I was on about."
