"Last morning water was shut off for repairs to their sprinkler system. No bottled water provided. No coffee available. Should have anticipated this & brought in coffee for guests with their breakfast. Poor planning on staff’s part. Tried calling the front desk & manager repeatedly…kept getting busy signal. Went to front desk & staff just sitting & NOT on the phone. Disappointing. "

"Overall, a beautiful property. They could be a bit better in keeping elevator buttons clean. But they are on top of cosmetics to fix dings in walls from visitor l skis. The staff is excellent. The restaurant is excellent. Overall a great place!"

"Traditional ski lodge with communal dining and mostly shared bathrooms. Great pool, hot tub and perfect location 200 yards from ski lift. Staff mostly very friendly although slight end of season tiredness. Would recommend. Included mreals decent - dinner actually very good. "

"Perfect Hotel for our stay at Snowbird. Quick and easy 100m walk to the base lodge which made us stay so much easier. Really nice and helpful staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool, hot tub, sauna for afterwards. Less fancy than neighboring and sister Cliffs hotel but an easy ride over to use the amenities. "

"Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. "

"Hot tub was the highlight of the room, room was clean and nicely kept, beautiful view of the mountains, staff was friendly. Only issue I had, is my girlfriend broke her knee skiing (tibial plateau fracture) and I basically had to pack everything by myself, so I called the designated number that was texted to me to request late check out (10:57AM I called), the lady gave me attitude on the phone like it was a crime to ask for late check out. It says no where that I need to request it by “7 or...
