"Very small location but nice and very clear. The room is very small, but contains a comfortable queen size bed, AC, TV, dvd-player and a secection of DVD- films. Bathroom was clean and functional. We needed a place to stay, the night before departure to Gili, and for this purpuse, the place was very fit. The staff at Zen Inn is very friendly. There is som noice during the night from the close ferry terminal to Lombok."

"Quando chegamos ao hotel a recepção estava fechada, assim como o restaurante. Não havia ninguém para nos receber, as pessoas a volta disseram que o dono tinha tido um problema e que viria alguém para nos abrir a porta. A pessoa chegou e informou-nos que iríamos ficar sozinhos no hotel, sem nenhum funcionário nem restaurante como consta nas especificações. Recusamos e agora o hotel recusa a devolução do dinheiro. "

"This property is exceptional. We stayed four nights. Great attention to detail. Wonderful gardens. Beautiful accommodation. Food excellent lots of local dishes but also caters for a fussy eater. I liked that when you booked anything they had a price list. "It was a very nice stay. Simple arrangement yet comfortable (especially big comfy bed). Possible to get good food, order taxis, organise a trek to Batur volcano, hot springs. Basically right at the starting point for the trek to Batur. Nice people too!"

"This home stay is great value for money. You can sleep somewhere and even get breakfast if you need to stay somewhwere overnight waiting for boats for Gilies or so. You have to be on budget and to love this kind of culture in order to appreciate bathroom and lack of air in the room. On the positive side, it will be hard to get this kind of value for the money you paid. It is in central location, has beautifull terase and very friendly and pleasent host. "
