I had to change rooms because the key didn't work. Housekeeping gave me a clean bath mat, but did not remove the dirty towels and I had to request clean face towels the next day. On the day of arrival, there was a vagrant man that came into the hotel lobby several times and he was spewing profanity at the top of his lungs. I...

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but it was the complete opposite. The room had a strong mildew odor the moment I walked in, and there was visible mold in multiple areas, including around the bathroom and air vents. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable — stained linens, dirty floors, and obvious lack of proper maintenance. What made the experience worse was the feeling that these issues were not new and had likely been ignored for a long time. No guest...

"Housekeeping came in one time and left clean linens but did not clean anything did not take the trash out did not make the bed. Front desk staff likes to have an attitude when they're asked to remake a card after they deactivate it the cards for the rooms. Had multiple paint chips with brown smears on the walls."
