"The room i stayed in is in need of maintenance. Sink and counter are broke, sink light switch falling out of the wall, shower curtain rod is falling down, food left in refrigerator and the door of the fridge was covered in rust. Vending machine wasnt working either. Front desk person only accepted cash or cash app for the snacks and drinks she was selling from behind the counter. Will not stay there again and will not recommend for anyone to stay at either. Tried to check out 6:50am just to find...

"Convenient to the buffet which we went for the crab legs. It was out of this world good. In the hotel suite they had no hand soap. On the wall dispenser was empty. On the wall shower dispenser was also empty. Soap is always an important part of a hotel stay."

The only problem I had the outside didn't match the photos, and it was like they were called away in the middle of cleaning so there was no clean towels and the second bedroom the beds were not made or cleaned.I pray the main bedroom was changed"

"Where do I start, entered the room and the temperature was 62, ok I get it, but then I tried to lock our door and it would not lock, so I tried to call the front office, but the phone did not work, so I checked the rest of the room, tv did not work, floors were dirty, sheets were stained, sand in shower. So with the list I went to the office and reported the findings, I was escorted back with a guy and his grandson and the man checked the room, while his grandson was trying to go thru our items...

"The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast bar was good although I feel it could be expanded a bit for the children. There is also plenty of parking at this establishment. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable and it is in a great location. However, I feel that this hotel could use some updates to the rooms and the building itself. For example, The pool floor needs to be refinished. My kids came back to the room after swimming with blue paint chips in their hair....
