"Our room was not clean, there was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the Curtains had stains on them and there were crumbs of food and seeds on the floor. Will be staying at a different hotel next time."

"Room hadn’t been clean. Visible debris on the floors. Old food in the cupboard that was drawing fruit flies. House keeping came and vacuumed and apologized. No formal apology from management. Breakfast buffet staff were excellent."
