"Resort is nice upon entry, clean spacious rooms, good food for breakfast lunch and dinner, great activities at the resort, nice waterpark and kids center. Me and friends did experience racism at the pool with a white guest from another country, telling me and friends to go back to our country or where we came from. The staff attempted to rectify the situation and although they were apologetic, the incident/altercation happened a second time this time a male got involved. We’ve been to this resort now twice and never experienced this. This definitely dampened the rest of the trip, Overall nice resort besides this issue."

"This was an exceptional place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Their hospitality was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The views were absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The food and drinks were excellent, making it easy to enjoy a great meal on-site when we didn’t feel like venturing into town. For those who do want to explore, the location is ideal—there are numerous shops, restaurants, and conveniences just a short five-minute walk away. One of the highlights of our stay was the romantic dinner I arranged for my wife and me. The staff did a phenomenal job with every detail, creating a beautiful and intimate experience that exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable, and it became one of our favorite memories from the trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beautiful location, outstanding service, and a truly memorable stay."

"We had an amazing experience at Nomade. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The food served at their restaurants are all delicious, the drinks are well made. The parh to your room is surrounded by nature, and all very private. The daily yoga is so peaceful, and our favorite experience was definitely the Temazcal ritual! We highly recommend this hotel!"
