"Best place to stay in Tulum! Gorgeous place. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, air conditioner in both rooms, two TV’s, high speed wifi, bikes to rent for the day for cheap! The top pool is so fun. Legit spent so much time on the top deck in the water and sun! Super kind people. They went above & beyond and really care about their guests. I’ll 100% be coming back, a dream place truly. "The wifi password was not correct. I missed a work meeting. The shower head is gone, it feels like being under a garden hose. They have cookware that don’t fit the induction, it took me a while to understand why the cook work wasn’t working. Lots of red ants, I contacted the management company, no one ever showed up. They are constructions around, it’s jack hammer all day but not Sunday."
