"Fatal este hotel es muy solotario, muy aburrido, comida muy mala hacer reservaciones para comer es un problema fatal fatal el Personal es muy grocero"

"It was to spaced out, beach very small and dirty, rocky too.meals were terrible, hard to get a French fry, some of the buffet you had a job to get something for your plate that you liked.wasn’t pleased with the entertainment, very poor planning, not much if anything for late night, most shows over 9 pm,definitely not a spot to go for a party.Best meal we had was off the resort. That says much about the place.Definitely won’t be back !!"

"First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. Half of the property we were not able to use, including their main pool with bar. Nothing was announced about it being under construction, if we would of know we would save our money for a different time. We were the only ones uncomfortable with the situation. When we mention it at check out the girl just rolled her eyes at us. They used to...

"Come here for the amazing views, incredible architecture, and if you want to spend a lot of money. I was disappointed that there was no wifi in my room and that there is no privacy when showering. I could tell my neighbors were annoyed that they could see me butt naked in the shower. The food was delicious, and service was excellent, especially Keith at Kin Toh. their website boasts 8 restaurants but only two were open, and a clothing boutique that was closed. the room itself was lovely, but the...

"The property stuff was excellent, but the property is lacking a lot of maintenance."

"Great"

(more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...

"Todo nos gustó lo único que señalaría muy caro y los lugares muy desolados"

"Make sure when you go ask if the pool , cenote and swim up bar is open. They did not disclose it and we got there and had virtually nothing to do at the hotel that was listed besides massages. Also if you have included breakfast it’s like 3 items which kind of sucks for the price you pay ."

"It’s not the first time we stay at this hotel but the quality definitely went down. Won’t be coming back"

"I booked this hotel for my mom, my niece and myself and was hesitant to stay in El Centro but it was the best decision for Tulum. The Villa was more than perfect for three people and we each had our own room, bathroom and view. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by Gus. Raul, Pablo and Frank were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Their level of service was truly what you hope for from a five-star experience. ...
