"reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. "We came to Tulum for my daughter’s 20th birthday and we had a great time! The lighting was beautiful and dim when we arrived but we prefer brighter lights so we asked the host and he came and changed the light bulbs for us so that it would be brighter. Whenever we needed anything he was very prompt with great recommendations for everything. I would highly recommend!"
