Got stock inside the room, ac turned off and when back ri the room at night, floor was wet and bed linen damp, documents damp, when asked for the car with 2 hours ahead the car never arrived until we got the the Fd to requested again. "Property had his glamorous days. The poor condition outside, very dirty, water for bathing was the worst. Water smells really bad, also there was couple morning that was very hard to breathe the outside smells. Staff was great, couldn't be happier with them. Overall it need to be addressed alot to be considered a great place to visit."

"I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! "What a beautiful property. Perfect location on the beach. I loved the boho vibe, being able to walk straight out from my room onto my porch and enjoy both jungle and beach. The staff were amazing, massages sublime, location - you need a bike (which I hired) or download InDrive for taxi service.
