"Our overall vacation was excellent. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. All was clean and the facilities are great. The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. Despite the sargassum problem the beach was well kept. We are likely to return. "

"Esthetically beautiful. Good place for relaxation. Not for singles looking to mingle. There aren’t many events scheduled. Staff does not provide a list of events daily. They want you to use app but it isn’t listed in detail there either. Schedule your restaurants weeks before arrival if you want to have a chance to eat there. The food was horrible. More older people or families with young children. It is a good distance from anything else and taxi rides are expensive. Drinks are watered downs....

"We stayed in a Teepee on the beach- used the public bathrooms. The public bathrooms were gross but all public bathrooms are- bring disposable toilet covers/witch hazel/wipes/hand sanitizer/etc. There is an option to stay in a teepee by the bathrooms. "Our room in the Tequila section was beautiful. We were right across from the Spa and Le Gourmet restaurants and around the corner from the pool. The trolley stop was also behind our room. The Coba lobby and buffet were very close also. We couldn't have requested a more perfect spot! The various spots that have musicians or music at night are loud, but, in the room we just heard the bump. Not bad and didn't prevent us from sleep. The property is so big and fun.
