"Had a wonderful time . staff was excellent. Food was delicious. the only small drawback is all the rooms don’t have a television."

"First time we went in 2023 and everything was great. We decided to come back hoping to have the same experience but to our surprise its under construction. Nothing was announced about it being under construction, if we would of know we would save our money for a different time. We were the only ones uncomfortable with the situation. When we mention it at check out the girl just rolled her eyes at us. They used to...

(more on this later) the ala cart's we booked were mediocre at best. the carts to take you around are plentiful and always...

"I booked this hotel for my mom, my niece and myself and was hesitant to stay in El Centro but it was the best decision for Tulum. The Villa was more than perfect for three people and we each had our own room, bathroom and view. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by Gus. Raul, Pablo and Frank were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Their level of service was truly what you hope for from a five-star experience. ...
