"The staff was very friendly and helpful. It matches with the description. But a lot of things didn’t work when I arrive, the wifi didn’t work, no TV signal, the stove top didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work. The staff did respond quickly to come fix things. The good side is the AC, shower, laundry washer and dryer all works great. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for me, for the whole 15 days, and there is no cleaning for the whole duration of the booking, which matches with the...

"the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up."
