I’m not used to write a review even though I like to read them before we book a trip but this time its different it was really good, whoever is interested in my comment, we stayed for the first time at Grand Sirenis resort Hotel in Riviera Maya M. we was looking for a resort to have a lots fun and activities for my 5 years old twins we found this one we like it at first we saw they have a Lazy river wish it was the most amazing spot I have no words to describe how we feels how I’m feeling after we went we had a great experience there, the employees are amazing all of them, they are Kind,humble,sweet,helpful, caring and very friendly people, I’m not joking it’s the most amazing place we ever went, they make us feels like Home. we visited others Hotels resorts nothing compares with Grand Sirenis we are really happy with it,we loves it, we will go back soon I recommend 100% for couples and families with smalls kids or whoever would like to just relax and having a good time. "Villa De Rosa was exactly as described. Our 2 bedroom Ocean view condo was amazing and in good condition unlike several places in Mexico we have stayed at. The beach and ocean was perfect with great snorkeling and swimming area's. Tony was amazing as advertised and was incredible helpful and always available. he would call us a taxi when needed and made sure we where taken care of. He also helped many guest with getting a rental car. the location is very central to all the best activities from Tulum to Playa Del Carmen. We recommend renting a car which we did for our last 3 days as the taxis are very expensive and shopping for groceries is a bit tricky without a car. I highly recommend this condo resort!! "

"The room was spotless, I would leave a note and a tip and the lovely person would go over and above to meet my needs. I loved how kind the staff was, the food was excellent! My teenage daughter and I did this trip to see what it was like and we are going to bring back my sons and husband for Spring break. We are going to stay in the Luxury part for the private pool area. The beach was one of the most beautiful I have seen. A Caribbean bath as we referred to it. "
