Excellent accommodation, bed a little hard but otherwise perfect. Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here as it’s so close to everything, only short light rail ride to surfers. Love the cheap transport. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again

The oasis pool and spa would’ve been enjoyable if they were open! The biggest disappoint of our trip. We specifically picked Mercure for the big pool and spa, we were not notified at all that it would be closed during our stay, otherwise we would’ve cancelled and found something else.
