"Let's start with check in. I asked for no housekeeping because I usually clean my own room and my pets being inside. Not an option- okay cool. Not a problem. I just took my pets with me to work. I came back from work- bed was made and towels swapped out but no actual cleaning ?? I found fur that didn't belong to my animals. Room looked like it hadn't been swept in days. Cords exposed that were covered in dust. The carpet in hallway was covered in dirty boot prints. Outside had trash everywhere...

"Arrived at 4pm and found the lobby is locked, turned out its locked 24 hrs a day with a guard dog present. You have to use the night window in a very hot little room attached to the lobby. Screwed up our reservation. Booked two rooms, no fridge in one, no microwave. Blow dryers, irons non-existant. Never cleaned the bathroom until I complained, even then bad job. One king room was barely furnished with a queen bed and a chair. Other was better with a sofa and table, which did have a king size....
