"Excellent place to stay. Very clean. No complaints"

"There is no one at the front desk. There's not really a front desk. During normal business hours, there was very often a sign on the door saying they "stepped out" and had a phone number to call. Outside of business hours, the place was completely unstaffed. I did not feel safe there. The 1st night, I had to take my dog outside around 2:15am. After we walked outside, a man appeared inside, directly in front of the door. I never heard a hotel door open or close. He was acting very suspicious....

"The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too."

"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it."

"The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"This place needs upgrading. The carpet in our room felt sticky, and the refrigerator door had rust spots. The carpet and floors outside the room looked worn out and dirty. The door from our room broke off its hinge as we left to check out. They have coffee, oatmeal packets, and other grab-and-go items in the morning across from the front desk. There was a small sign on the kitchenette countertop stating that kitchen items are available at the front desk. They provide one small packet of dish...

"Filthy property. Everyone except the sheets and towels is dirty. Do not stay here. Room smells of mold and the bathtub does not drain. Just awful. If you are used to the Quality Inn you brand will be very disappointed."

"Trash is always over flowing through out the property. The elevator does not work. You trip on mats holding the side doors open. Stairwells are extremely hot. Looks like puke and cat litter on the steps."

"Called us and said we didn't have a reservation and told us to get out, we went down to desk and showed them the receipt of purchase.they found the reservation for our stay."
