Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time ...

Concord Hotel
Lovely hotel near all the sights and shops. The staff were amazing and Marianne was particularly helpful ! We travel a lot but can’t fault this hotel! The room, cleanliness, breakfast and location ! The trip was awesome! We will be back for sure !
