"The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"The apartment room was clean and had all the facilities we required for a one night stay. The lady at reception was helpful and polite. The only slight issue I could note was the entrance to the could have been better sign posted. The rest was excellent located close to the centre and main railway station."

"Really clean, very spacious, and quiet area even though its very close to the Vatican. Gianluca was so patient and extremely helpful. I am in Rome a lot I am surprised I have to discovered this before. This is really a gem, very straightforward if you just need a place to relax after a long day of walking. It does not have the normal chain/big hotels amenities but really good value for its price."

"The hotel is close to the airport, but not directly attached to the airport. It's too bad that it costs 25 euro to get from there to the airport despite the close proximity... usually airport hotel shuttles are reasonably priced. But this is the going rate of taxis in the vicinity of the airport. "

"The Turin Palace Hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, bar area, restaurant areas are so beautiful. The staff is very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were so impressed by the extras they provided. My husband had the fish and chips. They were delicious. I had the spaghetti. The flavor was amazing and paired beautifully with the wines by the glass. The hotel room was fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. We would stay here over and over. A plus, Porta Nuova Train Station...

"The hotel is incredible. We were upgraded through them and Expedia and were treated to a beautiful room with an excellent bottle of Marchesy di Barolo wine. Finally, we enjoyed the spa, which was very clean, as was the hotel in general. Staff are sympathiq. Highly recommended."

"Room in 5th floor was very nice, modern, spacious and well equipped. Very hot though and we couldn’t adjust the heating, we opened the door to a massive balcony which did the trick in cooling it down. Other floors under refurbishment. Breakfast area very drab, I have seen better school canteens."
