"Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going."

"The hotel was nicely decorated. The room was clean, staff was accommodating. We did have to go downstairs and retrieve a set of sheets for the sofa bed in our room. Also there were no bellhops available, but overall we had a nice stay."

"I did feel like safety was a big concern here and they did well with that. However I feel like they don’t trust the guests and maybe there’s reasons why. But I had to ask for ice and the desk guy had to get it. It was like a clump of chizzled ice that really did no good for me. There was absolutely nothing at the breakfast I could eat. On. The hotel itself was dirty, the pool was closed for maintenance 3 of the 4 days we were there.the comforter and blanket had cigarette burns in it. The bathroom tiles were cracked and scratched your feet.there were holes in multiple walls and the front desk staff was MIA whenever I went down. They charged me more than what the reservation was and charged a $50 security deposit that was not mentioned at any point during the...

I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!"

"The hotel was nice. The room was big. The front desk staff didn't seem to want to be at work. Neither one that I encountered that weekend looked up from their computer when I walked in, or greeted me. My remote didn't work and the housekeeping lady found a replacement right away and was cheerful."

"I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels.
