"I wish i could give more stars to the staff. They were absolutely incredible. I had issues with my e-sim which they helped me solve. They gave us detailed directions on how to get to specific places. When I was low on the local currency the manager had even offered money from his own pocket for us to borrow while we made our way to an exchange spot. Honestly the most welcoming staff I have ever experienced at any hotel. Would definitely come back. Highly recommend. It’s also very close to the...

"This hotel is very well located and have a huge potential, but when I stayed there (30-October to 03-November) I had some issues.

Hot water not working properly, bath jacuzzi not working properly , toilet flush running water constantly no stop making noise all night, the way to get in the room is by a unfinished wood staircase with no handles and on the middle of a lot of building materials really...

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."
