"Room was very worn and felt dirty just because the carpet and wallpaper were so worn and scuffed. Bathroom was clean but didn’t receive any hand towels or face clothes. Only 2 towels. For the price of this hotel I was expecting more. I wouldn’t stay there again."

Une dame vigile qui fait aussi le George, s est adressée à nous d'une façon peu agréable, lors de notre retour de Blade en ville sur l hôtel, nous empêchant de passer au motif d un événement privé. En soit, cela peut arriver, on peut le comprendre, mas il y a tout de même une façon de s adresser aux clients. Il n y a pas de petit client. Ce faisant, le reste du personnel est juste incroyable, hyper...

"A very comfortable hotel with attentive staff. It is conveniently located near many restaurants, the 3 arena and the tram service. Only a short walk to the city centre. Breakfasts are great and while the dinner menu is limited, we enjoyed the meals we had."

"The room was okay, it had a bad smell (I think it was the carpet) but we got used to it. There was only bath towels, no hand towels. The view was amazing. The restaurant downstairs was amazing. We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel, and more in the surrounding area, so that smell did not take the score down too low :)"

"Nice updated triple room. Very Small even for Ireland though. Toilet very close to sink and could not sit straight. No shower door or even 1/2 glass so very wet floor. Enjoyed street view & old windows. Not as noisy as expected so great weekend night! Fun bar for music and good food! Best location!!"
