"We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned."

"Super cute place with lots of fun amenities! Super nice Nespresso machine in the common area for coffee in the morning. Lots of milk options and a very well equipped kitchen. Room was fabulous. Big windows, soft pillows, comfy bed. Bathroom was really big and shower was nice size."

"Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest."

"Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel."

"The lobby is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. The room was very clean! The shower glass wall partition into the room could be less transparent. You need to be comfortable showering and using the toilet in view of your spouse or partner… I think an exhibitionist designed it. We didn’t notice the great outdoor seating and bar area until we were waiting for our Uber to leave…. be sure to find it early! The coffee is only 6a.m.-10a.m., and they frequently ran out of either coffee or...
