"Check in was smooth and quick. Room was okay. Shower curtain would not stay closed so the floor was soaked because the tub/shower was small. Carpet at the entrance into the room was puke stained as well as other areas in the hall on the 4th floor. Thankfully the room was not carpeted & seemed clean. Our air conditioning was tremendously loud and rattled when it kicked on but it did keep the room cool. The bed was comfortable. There was no ice machine except on the second floor and the front desk...

If the staff talks to somebody three times in the a m and a frantic mother asks them, have you seen anybody?And they say, no, all of our safety is in jeopardy At this location"
